The USCG announcement is below.

A VTS Measure is in place CLOSING the Mississippi River at MM-3.5 Above Head of Passes.
The M/V ANGLO ALEXANDRIA is aground and blocking the channel.
All vessels must stop, or if unable to stop, proceed with extreme caution.
Crescent pilot 89 is on board the ANGLO ALEXANDRIA and can be reached on CH-67 VHF FM.
