As a result of the Carrollton Gauge reaching 12 feet and expected to continue to rise, the Associated Federal Pilots have implemented the following restrictions:
- All mooring operations requiring a line boat will be conducted during daylight hours only. Normal mooring operations will resume once the Carrollton Gauge reaches 12’ and falling.
- For purposes of determining daylight, the official times of sunrise and sunset shall be used.

To Whom It May Concern:
As a result of the Carrollton Gauge reading 12’ and continuing to rise; The Federal Pilots are implementing thefollowing operational restrictions effective immediately.
