Disturbance 30 is located along 50W. It is moving to the west at 20 mph. Over the next 7 days, it is expected to remain weak as it tracks generally westward. Therefore, the chance of this system developing within the next 7 days is near zero.

Disturbance 31 has moved off the coast of Africa. It is along 19W and moving west near 10 mph. Though the system looks more organized than previous recent systems, it is moving toward a region with unfavorable wind shear. Therefore, we are not expecting the system to develop within the next 7 days.
