Disturbance 30 is located along 41W. It is moving to the west at 20 mph. Over the next 7 days, it is expected to remain weak as it tracks generally westward. Therefore, the chance of this system developing within the next 7 days is near zero.

Disturbance 31 has been recognized over West Africa. It will move offshore over the next couple of days. The system looks quite impressive. However, conditions ahead of the system are only marginal for development. Therefore, the chance of development within the next week is considered slight (10 percent).
