The vessel Atlantic Ensenada is aground at Mile Marker 228.6 of the Lower Mississippi River. The USCG has issued the following safety measure: All vessels are restricted to one-way traffic between Mile Marker 228 and 229 Above Head of Passes until further notice.  All vessels of significant size, to be determined by the VTS and the Pilot on board the vessel, will be evaluated on a case by case bases.
