Disturbance 20 is located 400 miles west of the Cape Verde Islands along 30W. The disturbance is moving to the west at 17 mph. It is not expected to develop over the next several days as it encounters dry air and dust from the Saharan air layer that remains dominate across the tropical Atlantic.
