Based on the current river stage forecast PBF Energy Chalmette Refining will require a minimum of one hold-in tug for all ocean going vessels berthing at Dock 4 starting on 3/8/17. The first vessel affected will be the Pyxis Lamda. Masters should seek pilot advice and use discretion when determining if additional tugs are needed. This requirement will be cancelled once the river is below 17’ and falling at the Carrollton Gauge.
