SUBJECT: REALIGNMENT OF FP&F FUNCTIONS

The Port Directors for the Area Ports of New Orleans and Mobile have realigned workloads within the Offices of Fines, Penalties, and Forfeitures (FP&F). This change is effective immediately and will involve all open cases. FP&F Mobile will handle all cases generated in Alabama and Mississippi. New Orleans FP&F will handle all cases generated in Louisiana, Arkansas, and Tennessee. The following is a listing of the mailing address and telephone numbers of each office and the specific ports and port codes that they will handle.
