EFFECTIVE 06JUNE2024 at 1000 LOCAL:
Per Captain Michael Miller: The Bar Pilots are recommending that inbound ships with a draft of 38′ or greater only transit ten (10) hours before to four (4) hours after high tide due several vessels experiencing heavy flocculation in SWP. This does not prevent a pilot from exercising their own judgement.
