Safety Advisory- Manchac Bend Revetment Operations MM 214 – 216 LDB AHP LMR have been extended through January 8,2020. As before, the operations will be from 0900 through 2100 daily.
Original Notice: The USACE will conduct Revetment Operations as follows:
Time: Daily from 0900 to 2100 Hours, Local (excluding weekends)
Dates: December 30, 2019 through January 6, 2020 (excluding January 4-5, 2020)
Location: MM 215 LMR
Vessel Restrictions:
Deep draft vessels are advised not to transit from MM 214-216, AHP, LMR during the revetment operations.
Shallow draft vessels will be limited to one-way traffic on a case by case basis after contacting the USACE (see full MSIB).
