Topics to be covered include Marine Firefighting, Ballast Water Management, High Water Access Best Practices, Sediment Diversion & Coastal Recovery, and Incidents and Near-Miss Trends in Brownwater, Bluewater, and Terminal Operations. We will also be conducting two tabletop exercises – one for Cybersecurity and one for Incident Command Systems. These exercises will include active participation from attendees, so if you’d like to be involved, be sure to check the box on the registration page indicating which one you’re interested in! After lunch, we will all convene for the general session and our annual Hurricane Season panel with NOAA, the Flood Protection Authority, and USCG followed by a presentation on Autonomy & Autonomous Vessels, then we will close the program with a market forecast analysis related to business and trade on the Mississippi River.
