The NOBRA Pilots have implemented their High-Water restrictions as the Carrollton Gauge has reached 12’.

As a reminder; while this restriction specifies ‘mid-stream facilities’; NOBRA’s definition includes all facilities where boats are used to handle lines.

To Whom It May Concern:

The Carrollton Gage in New Orleans has reached twelve (12) feet. Effective at 12:00 p.m. today,November 13, 2018, NOBRA will implement the following restriction as mandated by the BoardofExaminers:

“Mooring and unrnooring operations at all mid-stream transfer facilities shall be restricted to daylight hours.”

This high-water restriction will be in effect until the Carrollton Gage reaches twelve (12) feetand falling.
