Atlantic Daily Briefing

Tropical Cyclone Development Outlook

Active Systems

Other Disturbances / Areas to Watch
There are no significant tropical features in the Atlantic, Caribbean Sea, or the Gulf of Mexico. With strong wind shear dominating the Atlantic Basin, it is likely that the 2018 hurricane season has come to an end.

Unless we can identify any potential tropical development threat, this will be the final Atlantic Daily Briefing of the year. We will continue to monitor the tropics through November and during the off-season.

A special end-of-season Daily Briefing video was recorded yesterday. The video will be active on your StormGeo web portal until next Monday.
