Hurricane Oscar is located 655 miles to the east-northeast of Bermuda. It is moving to the northeast at 27 mph. Maximum winds have decreased to 75 mph. Oscar will likely transition into an extratropical cyclone by tonight as it accelerates to the northeast across the North Atlantic. The system may bring strong winds to portions of northwestern Europe as a strong extratropical cyclone by late Friday into Saturday.
