Other Disturbances / Areas to Watch
Disturbance 54 is in the western Bay of Campeche. It is expected to move over Mexico later today, where it could produce heavy rainfall and some flooding. The greatest risk will be between Tampico and Veracruz. However, there is a near zero percent chance of tropical development.

Disturbance 53 is located in the central Caribbean along 72W. It is moving rapidly to the west near 25 mph. There are no signs of organization. No tropical development is expected due to unfavorable environmental conditions.

Disturbance 55 has formed along 40W. It is expected to move to the west or west-northwest during the next several days. Environmental conditions are not expected to be favorable for development. Tropical cyclone formation is not expected.
