As expected, the National Hurricane Center has upgraded Disturbance 47 to Tropical Depression Fourteen. There has been no change to the forecast. Landfall is still expected to occur over the northern Gulf Coast between Mobile Bay and the Big Bend of Florida Wednesday morning as a hurricane.
