Tropical Storm Leslie is located about 720 miles east-northeast of Bermuda. Leslie is moving to the west-southwest near 5 mph. Leslie is forecast to meander over the open Atlantic. There is no immediate threat to land. Winds are estimated at 50 mph. Leslie will gradually intensify over the next few days. Leslie is expected to become a hurricane on Tuesday. The remnants of Kirk are located in the central Caribbean along 75W. It is moving to the west at 20 mph. This motion is expected to continue. Strong wind shear will continue as the wave axis moves across the western Caribbean. Redevelopment is not expected.

Disturbance 46 is located along 32W south of 10N. It is moving to the west at 20 mph. This motion is expected to continue for the next several days. Environmental conditions are not expected to be favorable for development. There is only a 5 percent chance of tropical development within the next 7 days.
