Other Disturbances / Areas to Watch
Disturbance 28 is located along 66W, in the eastern Caribbean. It is moving slightly north of due west at 10 to 15 mph. This motion is expected to continue. The squalls have cleared the Windward Islands. The disturbance is showing no signs of organization. There remains only a 5 percent chance of tropical development.

Disturbance 29 is located near the coast of Africa along 16W. it is expected to move to the west at about 15 mph over the next several days. While the disturbance appears impressive now on satellite imagery, it is expected to weaken significantly once it moves over the water. There is only a 10 percent chance of tropical development from this system.
