Other Disturbances / Areas to Watch
Disturbance 19 is located near the coast of southern North Carolina. It is expected to move to the north-northeast, up the East Coast of the United States today and early tomorrow. While tropical or subtropical development is highly unlikely, with the chance being near zero percent, the low is expected to produce heavy rains and gusty winds for much of the East Coast. Accumulations of 1 to 3 inches are likely from the Outer Banks of North Carolina through New England. Isolated areas could see up to 4 inches. Coastal areas could see wind gusts as high as 40 mph.

Disturbance 18 has moved over Central America. It has been removed from the Atlantic analysis.
