Other Disturbances / Areas to Watch
Disturbance 19 has formed off of the South Carolina Coast. This is the nontropical low that has been expected to form. The low is expected to move to the northeast, moving north of the Outer Banks by tomorrow morning and then into southern New England by early Sunday. While there is a near zero percent chance of tropical or subtropical development from this system due to it being involved with a frontal boundary, the low is expected to produce locally heavy rains and wind gusts in the 35 to 40 mph range for coastal areas from the Outer Banks through southern New England.

Disturbance 18 is along 75W. It continues to move quickly to the west near 20 mph. No tropical development is expected.
