Other Disturbances / Areas to Watch
A weak disturbance is likely to form early next week near the northern Gulf coast. This disturbance is expected to move westward. At this time, we expect the disturbance to remain over land and not emerge into the Gulf of Mexico. The chance of tropical development is remote at this time. However, there could be enhanced rainfall, including for the fourth of July for parts of the northern Gulf Coast.

Disturbance 11 is located along 46W. It is moving westward near 28 mph. The disturbance will likely bring gusty winds to parts of the Windward Islands late tomorrow. However, due to a very strong Saharan Air Layer, no tropical development is expected.
