As of the 3 AM advisory, Subtropical Depression Alberto was located about 105 miles south of Birmingham, Alabama. It was moving to the north-northwest at 13 mph. Winds were 30 mph. Alberto should soon weaken to a remnant area of low pressure. However, there will be a threat of localized flooding, even after Alberto becomes a remnant low.
