Shell Geismar Hold In Tugs Rescinded April 2018.pdf

Shell Geismar is rescinding it’s hold-in tug requirement.

It will be at the discretion of the Master of the vessel in consultation with the pilots to determine the number of tugs and associated horsepower needed.
